Four months?! I miss VA at times, just had to go online, select the plate, determine what was available to personalize, then just order. Seems overly complex here in PA.

Love it! Thank you for being a donor! I need to get a personalized plate for PA, but it’s amazing how cumbersome the process is here compared to when I got one in VA. Appreciate any tips you have on getting one!

That’s the spray I mentioned. I also used Enovid, but once more studies came out I moved to the Betadine spray. Cost was also a factor in the decision.

Just one of the various tools out there. I also have Betadine mouth rinse and nasal spray.

I’d have to find it, stumbled across it a few months back. It was being studied and showed to be highly effective.

Thanks for this information! I saw how Neosporin in the nasal vestibule has been shown to help reduce risk of infection. Granted being immunocompromised due to a transplant, I still mask. Guess I’ll be adding this to the mix.
