R.I.P. Val Kilmer. Great actor, one of the first favorites I ever had. Real Genius was a huge part of my interest in science technology, and nobody was cooler than Chris Knight. His portrayal of Jim Morrison in The Doors was so good. Top Secret, Top Gun, top actor. I'll miss him.

Summer Rental is one of my favorite movies. I once found a copy of it on laserdisc in St. Petersburg, FL, where it was filmed. That was a great day!
