Recently created and ran a one-shot scenario of #Mothership with a Colonial Marines-esque flair. Created my own lil map and scenario thinking players would be in and out in a single session - nope, didn't even hit any combat! The tension was high as players moved their way though carefully.

In other news I ran #AlienRPG over Halloween weekend for some friends and came to the realisation that I really, really enjoy loosey-goosey systems where narrative collaboration is key. I already put down on #Mothership to fill that hole of space horror RPG as it seems much more my speed as GM.

In other news I ran #AlienRPG over Halloween weekend for some friends and came to the realisation that I really, really enjoy loosey-goosey systems where narrative collaboration is key. I already put down on #Mothership to fill that hole of space horror RPG as it seems much more my speed as GM.
For the past 6ish months, I've been working on a meld of a board game / TTRPG where players take on the co-operative task of working together in a shared mercenary 'battalion' with myself as GM creating their universe & threats. I have a dozen playtesters currently, they seem to be enjoying it!

Eyup, I've been working on a #SoloRPG game called Raiders & Traders - a solo game to emulate being a Nordic sailor in the 8th Century, visiting the Saxon coasts with the intent of making money through diplomacy or force. I finished a v0.1 and I'm eager to get feedback & maybe some playtesting in!
