My six months off are coming to an end. I am so thankful to have had this time with my family and off of airplanes. I am ecstatic about my next chapter...it's fulfilling a dream I've had in the back of my head for quite a while and I can't wait to share it with you all when the time is right.

Lately, I've been turning to wisdom traditions to navigate these uncertain times. Diving into Stoic and Buddhist teachings like Meditations and Zen Mind, Beginner's Mind has been grounding and insightful.
