What was supposed to be a steak-silog ended up turning into a fried rice because I literally couldn't be dicked to eat and cut up all the elements separately once I was done cooking.
The rice is a buttery, garlic rice but added some light and dark soy and a pinch of sugar to cut some of the savory.
