Deleting Facebook from my phone has been wonderful for my productivity and my mental health. Today I was scrolling on my laptop and found myself following JD Vance randomly. Definitely weird. Then I saw a colleague of mine post about experiencing the same thing. So, yeah, I guess I'm here now.
