I’m subscribed to a YouTube channel called Special Books by Special Kids. I’ve been following them for years. Every video is worth your time, but I’m especially drawn to the episodes about psychosis, mania, delusions, and hallucinations. As someone with bipolar type 1, their insights are invaluable.

I truly believe The Twilight Zone should be required watching. So many lessons, quite a few we’ve already failed to grasp. “Eye of the Beholder,” “The Obsolete Man,” “The Monsters Are Due on Maple Street,” “The Midnight Sun.” *Countless* others.
