Don't let David Hyde see this usage of anecdata.... To me there is an issue of fairness. If a restaurant is required to hang a light green slight smile at their door, shouldn't all food vendors be subject to inspection? Or is it all caveat emptor?

She spent weeks on his Appalachan Trail and Lizza didn't get suspicious. Josh Marshall would have.

My insurance premiums are going up $5k next year, so no Christmas presents for adults. Thanks, Trump!

Someone is going to win and that person will have a campaign making choices inside an uneven playing field. Unless it's all thermostatic. But the levers of navigating the elections are inside the campaigns.

Your complaint is about the characteristics of people who have very varied values and information sources. A campaign is a bunch of people making decisions and communicating. What decisions should the campaign make?

For me the lesson is to run a candidate who can talk to the media everywhere and all the time.

I went to the WA Healthcare exchange and my KP silver cascade was transformed to gold for $200 more but yesterday I got mail from KP and they said my silver cascade was $400 more. I'm confused.

This is why I loved Howard Dean. He wanted to run a 50 state strategy. The Dems are just better at policies that make our lives better.

I remember this and people seemed to be intentionally misinterpreting Dean's words.

Dean comment sparks Iowa dust-up
A comment by Howard Dean about Confederate flags and pickup trucks has embroiled the leading Democrats in Iowa’s presidential caucuses in a name-calling donnybrook.

It's especially bad when the subgroup comes to think it doesn't need to persuade those on the outside.

Are there places that don't offer schooners if you ask for one?

I'll be happy if people stop demanding primaries of centrists outside the districts they live in. For example, if you don't live in WA-3, don't say MGP needs to be primaried. Centrists gonna centrist. If she represents her district, then that's life.

A lady asked me tonight what I was reading on my kindle. The Iliad. I didn't say the Emily Wilson translation because I was already at a Katie Wilson victory party. Too many Wilsons.

That's sort of what's out there. AMC is showing a lot of people in much worse shape than I'm in.

I blame UX for the ribbon. When MS introduced the ribbon, I could no longer use Word or Excel as a casual user. Git is easier than Word or Excel.
