Honestly this applies to a lot of places in life. My early and mid twenties were a mess. I'm still 6 months away from 30 but have definitely entered this phase 😂 Just chillin, supporting artists, and other local small businesses.

Yes it happens, yes people should be aware for their own safety. But this "Hehe well I've passed out a couple of times, it is what it is ;P" is not how you should be introducing new people to suiting.

If the government decides Twitter is a no go, then every ISP will be required to block Twitter from being accessible. Thus making Twitter generally inaccessible to the EU. There would still be ways around it but the change that everyone gets a VPN for twitter seems slim.

It wouldn't be accessible by normal means in the EU anymore. Like, you could still probs access twitter via a VPN, but it'd likely be carried out the same way a lot of other stuff is geocached. You can't watch all of the same Netflix programs in the US as you can in the UK for example.
