people tag things for exposure (or worse, DONT tag things as shein/other fast fashion brands and dont post any pictures that disclose the brand either.) it's all so dumb and irritating. likely wont be as huge of an issue for someone just looking for work wear and such but still good to know i think

it cant hurt to look ultimately, it's just good to be aware though that it may be slim pickings in terms of something being actual good quality + good price. also theres a huge issue of shein and other junk like it on there so like no matter what you do is just going to be in any search result bc

i guess it's not that unusual for any online secondhand marketplace or the like, but it is annoying to use sometimes because of the userbase and then all these fees + shipping is priced per item by default, not bundled together, so that is something to be very aware of because it can add up quickly

or even ebay honestly... i feel like ebay could be useful for that kind of thing. depop tends to have a certain type of person and shit is always marked up stupidly high for no reason, and it has a bunch of fees so even if something is listed fairly cheap, it ends up costing alot in the end anyways.

it is SUPER super hit or miss in my experience speaking as someone who has used it for literally like 5 or smth years. u can find some real gems on there though, but i dont know how useful it is for outdoor and work wear specifically. you might have some luck on a site like vinted?
