Some pictures have several persons so it may be cis-male and cis-female with your tags. There need to be tag gynomorph or intersex to describe content properly.

I don't understand. Do you need tags with a social characteristic to describe the image? By tags, you need to search for what you want to see, not what the author writes about lore.

There is no issue. "Gynomorph" is describe external appearing that can be imagined in picture. How them call themself is not containing in picture so no one can describe that. You're make issue where it isn't. And last of all you always can add tag themself.
