Even the programs funded by acts of Congress (that IMLS is legally responsible to carry out) like the Laura Bush 21st cent. Librarian program have been cut! It's like the puppet of an acting director is just testing Congress.

Same. Tribal libraries and other institutions that serve folks on reservations (including non-native folks) rely on this funding. I'm sad that the cuts weren't curved.
