Going forward, there has to be an emphasis on Trump’s mental disorders. George Conway and many psychologists have alerted us to his conditions. This is going to be critical when comes time for his removal from office.

Look up your funding of special education in your state. Here in Michigan almost 20% of funding is from the federal government.
