Also this comparison has been made but, I won't say he's better rep than The Good Doctor. I think The Good Doctor is closer to what people EXPECT, stereotypically, when they think autism, but it reflects real autistic people too. But I do think House MD is an example of autistic rep that "passes"

He doesn't express big emotions like other people and they're super minimized (grief, pain, fear, joy, etc), and when he HAS to face them his brain short circuits and he freezes up or melts down and lashes out. He completely melts down when things and people change or leave. The coding is STRONG
