Super interested to see the FTC Microsoft PI case wrap next week. Not much chatter on it here yet. I still don’t think the FTC can show that the deal couldn’t be undone if it closes so I don’t think they can get an injunction AND their merits are poor. But they can’t show harm from deal closing.
