Forgot to put 3/3 woops yeah that was the last post I'm still not used to making posts like threads

It's been an issue since I was a kid and I went to physical therapy for it being an issue in my hips but like what can I do at this point and I'm worried it could be causing other things too since connective tissue issues can also affect organs and stuff

I've had a random shoulder dislocation with relatively little movement and I'm pretty sure I have a hypermobility disorder (I've done that one test for it and I can do almost all of it) but I already do stabilizing exercises so I just don't know what else I can do to deal with it. (2)

I woke up in pain to a dislocated shoulder a couple days ago and it was stuck at an angle above my head. I managed to pop it back in and i was in tremendous pain and I still am having pain and instability in the shoulder from it but what I'm really worried about is this is the second time that (1/?

It's so annoying when every convo about accommodations for one disability devolves into but what about MY disability like that's besides the point and I feel like they know damn well and just want to make everything about them
