Saw them on their first tour with Metallica. It was supposed to be Alice In Chains, but Layne Staley went into rehab and AIC dropped from the tour. Candlebox picked up the spot.

My ice bath is located in my backyard, and I do them throughout the Winter as well. Coldest I've done was last January. Outside temp was 23°F, water was at 31°F. Now THAT was cold.

Built mine in September 2023 and started plunging in October 2023. Planning on a fully insulated surround for it that will also house my 1.5hp EcoPlus chiller, ozone, filter, pump, and plumbing.
