They are cash grabs. They literally made animators turn a tv show into a movie with very little time to do so, just cause they needed an easy moneymaker after several flops. Flops that happened because they weren't well received or well marketed.
And, yeah that is Disney's fault.

A quick cash grab made out of a tv show, that's gonna have negative repercussions on the industry, making bank, is what's depressing. Do your research.
