It's my birthday today 🥳🥳 (yes, I put this art as my pfp before my birthday but shush)

First post here!! This was a redesign of my oc, Erica. I haven't drawn her in ages.
My oc, Erica has long curly, white hair and she has two different eye colours. Her left eye is black and her white eye is white. Erica wears a big black and red dress, there is an eye on the bottom of her dress, she also has symbols which represent her "government" I suppose. She rules my world called Galaxia. Erica also wears a silver chain and a top hat with an eye on it. The eyes may or may not be alive. Also Erica is part bat which is why you can see she has wings (she usually hides them btw). Erica also has a staff called "Time stealer" which isn't a staff that steals time in any way but she can go back in time and alter events, this power was stolen. The staff is able to steal any power really, but it does have a limit of how much it can hold. The background is red with some clocks and I also put her full name behind her, Erica Amarthian.
