It's a phishing scam, the link is not to a Facebook page but a outside website, there is no way FB would send you off their site.

Sounds like GERD my partner had it. It took a while but with meds and being careful about her triggers she improved a lot

FYI you still need to get the rest of the shots if you are bitten, the vaccine just gives your more time.
