Figuring out what to do with this account now that I have it. I think I’ll probably use it for shouting into the void about books.
The first book was The Color of Magic by Terry Pratchett. Before this year I’ve read about half a dozen of Pratchett’s novels. I love his style and the flow of his prose. The Color of Magic was not a disappointment. It felt like this was the first book and Pratchett establishing his unique style.

The message of High Conflict felt particularly relevant for me as I read it while staying in a cabin with my mostly conservative family. I’ll have to remember to refrain from demonizing others, something I’ve done plenty of in this post election season.
