Also, and it would be big, Canadians appear to be more tolerant and left of center than Americans as a group so I would anticipate at least a watering down of Republican interest in bring them into this divided nation.

3 of the 4 CO Democratic Reps (including mine) voted Nay. 👍🏻 The 4th didn’t vote (don’t know why).

Well, it would seem a whole lot of Americans did indeed want this. Or at least thought they did or that he was blowing smoke and didn’t mean it.
