It’s now round three of the Tokyo Shits. The mag citrate was the least pleasant to drink of the three prep steps. It’s just so tart! And its onset is about 15 minutes. I understand now why people come to the ER after drinking mag citrate and not having any output. This shit is quick!

Things slowed down enough that I braved the shower and I’m feeling much better now. Hoping to get some sleep now. Gotta wake up at 4am for more colon blow.

Not sure if it’s the cold weather or the prep but I’ve been so cold today! My Raynaud’s is really acting up. Want to jump in the shower but a tad afraid I’ll need to use the bathroom. I’ll definitely be in the hot tub tomorrow night!

The miralax/gatorade combo hasn't been bad. I have to drink a bottle of Mag Citrate at 4am though. That one I've had to do before and it's really hard to get down.
