The Oklahoma Ethics Commission is suing Rep. Ajay Pittman, D-Oklahoma City, for alleged campaign finance fraud. The lawsuit was filed in the Oklahoma County District Court on Thursday.

One of the last remaining drive-in movie theaters in Oklahoma will close for about four months while nearby oil wells are drilled. The news comes after the Chief Drive-In owner’s public objection to the drilling plan.
