a couple weeks ago I went with passport, drivers license, social security card, court order showing name change, and probably something else I’m forgetting, and they turned me away bc I was missing *one* piece of mail proving residence. their own drivers license doesn’t count as proof of address!

I miss their HP store! It's trial and error for me to find the right size (the women's cuts are kind of all over the place), but it's so nice how they hem to fit.
