I thought it was funny that he was playing baseball for fun, actually going to school to be a firefighter (runs in the family apparently), and his coach was like 'try pitching like this' and now he's a major leaguer instead.

If you’re going to need a trainer I think it might be worthwhile to get a gym membership somewhere that has decent trainers. Most good trainers will be willing to introduce you to different things and help you build a sustainable routine that you could eventually do at home yourself.

And the reason they conflate these things is because of our own actions in the past. We were a big driver of the socialist gets elected -> military coup pipeline (that they love to flatten out when they give 'examples') for a long time.
