This, but worse. We'll start seeing AI generated child porn, followed by court cases arguing that there shouldn't be penalties because it's not real, which then makes it harder to determine what is and isn't real child porn, and AI companies will shrug because they'll have found a revenue source.

House cleaning is right. I don't think there's a way that the caucus (and hell, ignore the senate, this is a stab in the back {again} to the house dems who've held firm) can put a happy face on party unity if this goes through. There has to be a reckoning, and publicly. Not behind closed doors.

I don't want to have a schism in the Democratic Party, but right now, I feel like the Democratic Party needs a schism. Is there a mechanism to remove Schumer as Minority Leader? How can non-caving Dems remain under his leadership if he's in the caving caucus?

We fully support the winner of the Democratic primary in the general election. But before that, anyone running in the primary should fight it out, age should be an issue (both ways), and the DSCC shouldn't put their thumb on the scales.
