As a guy that's written software for 25 years, I don't trust software to navigate a car anywhere except maybe the interstate. Driving is too complex, with innumerable variations and potential scenarios. The human brain is an amazing machine.

You can get a decent enough gaming laptop for the price of the OLED, and it will absolutely have better performance and utility.
The latest big releases will probably not perform all that well on a Steam Deck, either.
If you're anti-Windows, you can game on Linux if you're willing to compromise.
