Obviously privilege and not changing size or having big life events helped with the not buying things.

I will be thrifting a few new things in January (jeans) and will make some new t-shirts, but I plan to buy 0-5 pieces a year second-hand for the foreseeable future. Big fan of not buying clothes when possible.

Clothing quality is so bad and I noticed it more since I wasn’t buying new things. Pieces I was gifted last Christmas already have rips/holes/etc.

I didn’t need that many clothes and I didn’t feel bored with my wardrobe. I made a few pieces that I love and made my wardrobe feel more personal and good-quality
