I can remember being a young kid and our class doing some little song production thing and actually getting into it only to be shunned for how loud I was. It basically taught me from a young age to feel shame for my own voice.

Honestly the worst part are these moments where I bare my soul, feel that much more pathetic about what I can't do, and nothing gets solved or gets better through it. I just end up looking sad and crazy 😭

I have thought about starting one to help people like me who can't do these things. There is absolutely no reason I can't take care of these things digitally. The tech is there and I just need my meds transferred. Why does it have to feel like my brain is literally being stabbed every month?
