A “conspiracy” is just legal term for an overt act done by two or more parties in furtherance of a crime and nothing more. If you’re going to use the word “conspiracy” in a post at least know its meaning. It is the “theory” that is usually false.

Actually if true it could still be a conspiracy,but would no longer be a theory(it would be a fact).

As someone who was a properly trained federal agent for 27 years, I can assure you that getting to the suspect's vehicle as they are driving away is the obviously wrong for so many reasons.

The Border Patrol has always been considered a lower rung agency by most other federal law enforcement agencies. These are the guy who could not get better jobs.
