A rather clear indication that the DOJ rush to judgement is even more in error than we initially suspected. MS NOW & CNN have played this analysis a number of times over today. Don't hold your breath for FOX to do similar.

There can be no reasonable defense for firing through the driver side open window; two of the three known rounds were those. They know that and it certainly plays a key role into blocking the local investigation.

I signed on for 2025 and renewed for 2026 as a PBS Passport member ... I highly recommend it ... the Ken Burns Revolutionary War series alone, made it worthwhile.
