The SP500 is how most investors hold TSLA. Upper income people around the world could crush Elon if they collectively wanted to. Honestly given all the talk of trade wars with Canada and Mexico cash and short term treasuries don’t sound like a bad place to be as opposed to the general market.

Can’t argue with the last 10 years of performance. Please ask your advisor how you can reduce exposure to TSLA. People like you can really hurt Elon.

The SP500 is 1.8% TSLA. Large divestment from index funds could hurt him bad.

I just remembered Fidelity has a service where you can create your own index fund for a modest fee. Basically just recreate the SP500 minus TSLA and you’ve got a investment Buffett would approve of minus the financing of Musk

Even with index funds you have options. An equal weighted SP 500 fund would drastically reduce your exposure to TSLA.
Funds don’t have to completely exclude TSLA just reduce their exposure and it can hurt him. If you do decide to switch just check the top 10 holdings to see if TSLA is there.
