Simply saying we have great customer service is a waste of time. Everyone's going to say the same thing. It's a given.
But if we go out of our way to deliver an outstanding experience, now we're talking.

That's a good thing, since it shows there's business to be made solving a customer problem.
The goal isn’t finding a market where there's little/no competition.
