So, the orange outlaw is doing his outlaw thing. Dictator in charge of America. People who voted for him are losing family as we speak. He's ordering ICE, taking them out of the country. I think we all saw this coming.

I've been thinking 🤔. Does preparing for the worst help us get to the best days? To me, preparation seems to lighten my anxiety, and it helps calm my nerves.
I have stopped watching Mr. Orange 🍊. Stopped listening to the noise. It is helping me focus on what is true and what is not.
