Exactly, it’s not hard to believe hearing or seeing that a candidate delivered something real to a community is far more effective than knocking on a door or handing someone a pamphlet

Also, the point of learning it is to teach you how to reason! This is why the “I had to learn arithmetic and now I have a calculator in my pocket” way of thinking of education misses the point.

Man, I just had a few beers and am watching football and this popped up. I really don’t care or know about either of your beliefs. He might be human garbage for all I know. All I know is I can read and he plainly didn’t say what you claim he did. It’s a 2+2=4 matter. Nothing more.

My only criticism is of your understanding of what he’s saying. It’s not an issue of what you or he believe. I’m just looking at his statement and he’s clearly not saying that people concerned about inflation are selfish piggies. He’s saying that is a false belief held by others. Very simple.

I don’t know, but I do know that you clearly mischaracterized what he said. I honestly don’t really know who you or he are outside of occasionally seeing your posts here, but I do know you clearly are either misunderstanding or intentionally twisting his words.

This is a blatantly unfair reading of what he’s saying. He’s criticizing people who view others that way, not saying that is a correct view.
