Yeah, I think this is a really good point. Founder life is both exhilarating and terrifying at the same time, which is part of what makes it so exciting, at least for me. 😅

Really grateful to hear this message and glad to watch it back another time 💯

Totally! Before the numbers start rolling in, all you can really do is focus on the process and trust that the numbers will come in time. Glad you’re finding ways to avoid burnout! 🌱

So glad that you found this helpful! ✨ 🌱

Completely agree! It’s important to move quickly… but if you can’t sustain the pace, then you’re probably going to fail. 😅
December 9, 2025 at 1:34 PM
I love that it is a routine practice for you! Really admirable. 🌱

I completely agree. In our work helping startups to start up at Solid Ground AI, connection is the #1 thing that founders seek from us. People first! 🌱

Not sure I’m “burnt out” this week so much as just entirely running on coffee 🤪 WBU?
November 21, 2025 at 2:04 PM
I always figure we wouldn’t pivot if it wasn’t the right move. We’re shifting directions because we see greener pastures 😅
November 19, 2025 at 7:26 PM
I’m excited to hear what’s next for you! This sounds suspiciously like a “good” update, despite you description of the cutting of losses. 😂 🤔 👏🏻
November 19, 2025 at 4:04 PM
Wow! Good for you! I think that’s a great point, too. And for isolation, you can always find community, like this, online 🌱 ✨
November 16, 2025 at 1:58 AM
That’s awesome! Congratulations on your wins! And enjoy your day of rest 🌱
November 15, 2025 at 2:14 PM
I love win sharing! Let’s celebrate together 💕 👏🏻
November 14, 2025 at 5:06 PM
Gonna be brave and go first! I just simply did not get enough coding done this week. Plain as that. 🙈 Maybe more coffee will fix it?
November 14, 2025 at 2:06 PM
Totally! I just made this comparison the other day, especially since so many of the decisions are about shared finances.
November 13, 2025 at 5:01 PM
I do think there is some counter-intuitive logical truth to this. "Speed" is often listed as a pro of solopreneurship. But I think having a cofounder helps keep me driving forward fast. Not just accountability, but also having someone who can celebrate the wins with you.

I think this is a spot-on take, actually. I can see how with the wrong founder, there would be added issues. With the right one, it definitely is a value add.
November 12, 2025 at 10:45 PM
I’m sure it will be better than you’re advertising 😂 have a little faith in yourself! 💪🏻
November 12, 2025 at 8:23 PM
Honestly, same. Matt and I have worked together successfully in a product design setting before, which helped me see the benefits, and I don’t think I can imagine doing it with anyone else. 💯
November 12, 2025 at 8:22 PM
Glad I’m not alone in that! But ya know? When we were brave enough to leave stealth mode in our startup, we found so much support! So totally worth the short-term feeling of nervousness. 🌱
November 12, 2025 at 3:56 PM
Nice to see it put so simply! This resonates. 💯

1. Visibility was such a vulnerable step, but so so rewarding.

2. Do they like what they see? So far so good, but ultimately TBD 😂 🌱
November 12, 2025 at 3:47 PM
Don’t forget community! Honestly, I love socials for the simple fact that there are lots of supportive founders bonding over the experience.
November 12, 2025 at 3:29 PM
Good for you! It takes a lot of courage to put yourself out there. 💪🏻 👏🏻

Ok now you’ve got my mind buzzing—would love to hear more about your thoughts on what makes validating an idea harder in the AI era 🍿
