Almost 30 years ago I heard a coworker say “It’s raining like a cow pissin’ on a flat rock” to describe the weather in Raleigh, NC. Not sure of the equivalent analogy for New York City, but that’s what’s happening today.

It may be pumpkin spice season but in NYC it’s also cool enough to trigger the radiator and hot enough to crank the a/c or open the windows to neutralize the heat emanating from the radiator season
