As part of my volunteer work, I performed a Monthly Tune-up remotely last night. The Windows 11 24H2 update was FINALLY available for that particular laptop.

Could have manually downloaded the ISO and upgraded earlier, but there was no rush or need.

Just finished doing a remote System Cleanup for a long time friend and client!

Recorded it with permission and will use some of it in my podcast.

Glad we got some time as well to catch up!

Know anyone who needs a System Cleanup? Please have them reach out!

Thrilled to hear from a long-time client in #yeg again. We booked a remote call for Thursday. Likely a System Cleanup.

She was initially a referral from a connection and client on old-school Twitter.

I am hoping to convince her to let me do Monthly Tune-ups and Updates for her going forward.

It turns out the big box stores are still pushing Norton for antivirus. *cringe*

They make money each time they sell you a license.

If all you're doing is basic stuff like email, YouTube, and going to reputable sites, the antivirus built into Win 10 and 11 will suit you fine.
