I'm also curious about how it shakes out. I also don't think it's a sure thing Sheduer Sanders is QB1 in this class - cases could be made for Cam Ward & Jalen Milroe. Travis Hunter is the player who'll be top-3 on every team's board, I'm curious how involved Prime will be in his pre-draft process

This is a great question! My understanding is he would get 1st overall money, since his draft slot wouldn't change. In your scenario, the Raiders wouldn't have drafted him, they would've acquired him via trade with the 10th overall pick. His draft slot is still 1.1

That's fair. Because Flus calls the defense, they'd need to hand off not just HC responsibilities, but defensive playcalling responsibilities as well.
