The reading of the GOP budget cuts bill began at 11.08pm, Saturday night.
Now, at 9:08am Sunday, after 10 hours, clerks have reached page 580 of 940.
Meanwhile, the Chamber is almost empty. No Senator apparently willing to go on the floor & demand a quorum call.
