I completely agree. LLMs being called advanced autocorrect is like the way science fiction commonly explains black holes by sticking a pencil through a folded sheet of paper. 😅

I think when most people call LLMs “glorified autocorrect” or something similar, it’s just a common explanation given to lay people they’ve probably heard it from some video or article by their favourite influencer.
