As a long-suffering Raiders follower, I can say a decent run game requires not only good dawgs on the O line, but also REALLY good coaching to devise the blocking schemes that will work, and that the guys you have can execute. It’s complicated. Like life.

I used to look at the cruelty, the intolerance, the self-dealing and think, this is not who we are. But you know what? This is EXACTLY who we are. The best any of us can do is slog through the mess and try to find a better angel to listen to.
