3️⃣ Refuse to Confirm Trump’s Nominees – Force roll call votes and drag out debates. Make every confirmation a painful battle. The GOP must feel the pressure of internal divisions and absences. No more easy confirmations.

2️⃣ Block Unanimous Consent – The GOP fast-tracks their agenda using unanimous consent. It only takes one objection to stop them. Every single time they try to move forward without debate, Democrats need to stand up and say no.

1️⃣ Deny a Quorum – The Senate can’t function without a majority present. Democrats must call for a quorum over and over to grind proceedings to a halt. If Republicans want to pass something, make them work for it.
