I play disc golf courses in New England to help you figure out if you may want to play a course or where to go once you're there.
From 15 ft behind the basket on a local course. At least the front is open, Though it's about 8 ft above the field below.

During the round today, there was a very pleasant surprise. The permanent tee signs are in, and they look great!

I happened to be in the area of a "local" disc golf supply shop yesterday (about 45 min drive away), and picked up these. #discgolf

Light Prodigy D4 Air to hope for distance with my noodle arm, and Streamline Pilot Neutron as an approach disc for 80-125 ft. Come on snow, melt!

Picked this up today! I can't wait for the snow here to melt.

Assuming "well designed hole", For no other reason than that I have a noodle arm, hole B1 at Franklin Falls Dam. The basket is in the upper right corner of the field in the background.

Of the courses that I have played, Living Memorial Park in West Brattleboro, VT.

Of the courses I haven't played, I do live within 100 miles of Maple Hill, and might recommend that over Memorial Park.

You are not alone! I saw this last fall and wondered the same thing when I saw this (not mine either)! The power lines here are about 50m (160 ft) from the tee

It's snowing here now, so no disc golf for me, but here's a favorite sign of mine at a local course from a warmer time:

Here's a brief truncated preview of my next video. Hole 14 at Pinnacle Disc Golf Course in Newport, NH is one of my favorite holes.
