The great CD hoard has been consolidated down to sandwich bags and paper CD sleeves. Roughly 700-800 in this under bed style storage container. Jewel cases just take up too much space.

Thrift store pickup for $10, UHER 4200 stereo report "portable" reel to reel player and recorder. Complete with an ultra low tape speed copy of some bible crap. What a beauty!

New bird at the feeder, a House Sparrow. I am really impressed how many different birds have already visited excited as spring comes along to see what else drops by.

Tiny watercolor painting, happy with some of the details, a little muddled in the fruit bowl.

Back on the post it note sized watercolors. This was okay but some amateur looking mistakes don't give it much accuracy or realism. I think it needs more values range to help. Will keep on practicing !

I tried a highlights, mid tones and dark/details plan from a tutorial. Helps make a nice cohesive feeling and dreamy quality. But I lost some of my anchor points from the base drawing so it got a bit muddled. Some good learning and progress!

Daily? Mini watercolor, a photo I took in Amsterdam years ago. Trying to simplify architectural details down to a manageable level for painting. Still pretty hard to sort out and do details with a water brush.

More mini post it note sized watercolor. A 95% fur Pomeranian named Riley. He had the spirit of a junkyard guard dog, and the follow through of a vocal pile of laundry.

Carry-On review: Much like the main character that is deceived by the bad guy to do something he clearly doesn't want to do. I am pretty sure so too was Jason Bateman in this trainwreck. 8 bags of popcorn, 3 sodas and one airplane 🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🥤🥤🥤✈️

Mini watercolor of a photo I took in Kannaskis. Gotta learn I generalize details and trees are still pretty confusing how to capture detail well on.

Lil water color and test on some 160gsm paper, way more susceptible to warp, but did okay. Trying to interpret an old neon sign in Calgary I saw and took a picture of. Side by side I did butcher some of the geometry :( oh well

Another watercolor, must be quasi successful as Google image search figured out it was a Clarks Nutcracker. Mostly all brush pen but added some pencil work for fine details
