Neither. Leftist parties lose because there are more of them than parties on the right. This penalizes them in our current FPTP model. Caveat - this is a huge oversimplification that does not intend to delve into strengths and weaknesses of the parties or their leaders.

That doesn't really address the original premise which was...1) there is ample parking already & 2) they are suggesting removing existing parking infrastructure as a way to make the city more walkable. I must be missing something.

I looked at the original source for the map (thank you for providing that link) and it seems like it is suggesting that every paved surface a car can park is accessible to the public. That's obviously not the case so wondering if I am interpreting the map incorrectly?
