This is in part survivorship bias. The easy straightforward cases get pleaded out. You could certainly do a DUI case in a day or less, but why bother? You're taking up the court and the cop's time for something the defendant isn't even going to contest.

Yeah lemme put up an easy to shake tree full of fragile ornaments and covered in pretty lights. And then spend all day telling the baby he can't touch it. Sounds great

I know that it's Harrison because they needed emotional closure after Carrie Fisher's death. And I also have only seen ep 9 once, five+ years ago. But some prequel->sequel ties woulda been good
