Manhattan clam chowder is not real clam chowder. It’s a New York recipe for tomato soup with some clams in it. True New Englanders won’t touch the stuff.
Hmmm looks pretty fab... Why did I always stereotype NE coast chowder as being the red type, versus ours here in the Pacific NW? 🤔
