Has $25 and a couple of chickens.
That was a good one - never knew about that late adventure in his life and was fascinated the whole time.

Loved statistics…took as many as I could. But then again it “clicked” early for me. Don’t think it ever did for others.

As I get older, I have have less time to game and get gud so any power up or checking guides so I don’t miss cool stuff…just fine by me. Have fun, don’t judge others, and especially have fun.

Zelda 2 was my white whale but I managed to beat it a few years ago. Big accomplishment. Give it a shot!

Used to work in the energy sector and the growth of AI/crypto and the data centers powering it all use a staggering amount of energy, which require nat gas or the construction of massive energy projects. Windmills and solar panels aren’t made from recycled cardboard after all. Avoid AI if you can.

It’s good advice - Iowa State taught me the data and statistical skills that formed the basis of my career, but it also enriched my life by providing a well-rounded LAS mindset. Philosophy and art history have had a great impact in HOW I think, which is as critical as any hard skill.

I remember these being graphically impressive but the platforming being hard? I’ll have to give them a shot to see if you’re right on them holding up.

Yeah, you’re appreciated and heard! (Can’t say that I’m a bot though)

Unicorn Overlord went to the top of the list as soon as I got it at the start of the year. Little monotonous towards the end, but visually amazing and hit the Orge Battle spot perfectly. Don’t give in…but if you do I wouldn’t blame you at all!

Congratulations! It’s a tough hill to climb but you did it!

Iowa was good to me for the years I spent there, and to hear of all the harm being done to soybean farmers out there (and the state as a whole) really hurts my heart.

Our seats were metal bleachers back in New Jersey and our field was slanted between the 40 yard marks, so there were a lot of ankle injuries in the mid 90s. Texas though? Everything is bigger in Texas www.si.com/high-school/...

Oh yeah, pillow cases too for big hauls! But yeah, the popularity of high school football is based on the state you live or how good your school is/was. In New Jersey? Nobody cared. Ohio and Texas? People care A LOT.

… and shout trick or treat and get their candy. When I was a kid growing up in New Jersey, trick or treating started as soon as school let out (or sometime after dinner) and we’d go door to door and ring the doorbell and get treats in our McDonalds ghost or pumpkin pails.

American here, Ohio specifically. Trick or treating for my major city was set for two hours (6-8pm) on October 30th so it didn’t conflict with high school football 🏈. It was cold and windy and very dark that night. In Ohio at least, folks sit in a chair in their driveway and kids run up to them …
